Note: Consulting Services for fixed-price projects are based on formal specifications for an application.

Prices are subject to change. If a price increase goes into effect during the development of a fixed price estimate project, the dollar amount of the estimate will not change, however, miscellaneous time and materials items will be billed at the new price effective on the billing cycle following the rate increase.
